Flexible & Transparent Payment Options

You may choose one of the following billing options based on your facility’s needs:

Option 1: Retainer-based Staffing Account

• Deposit funds (retainer) based on estimated staffing volume
• Per shift billing includes:
  • Contractor hourly rate
    • 25% transaction fee
• If the account has insufficient funds at time of shift:
  • 50% transaction fee applies
• Unused funds may be refunded at any time
  (excluding completed shifts)

Option 2: Weekly Credit Card Billing

• No upfront deposit required
• Billed every Monday for the previous week’s shifts
• Charges include:
  • Contractor hourly rate
    • 35% transaction fee
• Includes a detailed weekly spreadsheet outlining:
  • All completed shifts
  • Facility charges
  • Account balance
